this is an incredibly insightful book. it’s provided so many new perspectives, reframed my understanding of time, and helped me to love the struggle and change. “you must give yourself permission to be different in order to grow, progress, and create different results.”

i loved how he described fear as something you create, not something that actually exists. so instead of saying “i’m scared” choose to say “i’m creating fear about….” this shift has been extremely helpful 🙌🏽

the chapter on self-discipline is fire. he speaks to how important language is and how the words self and discipline just don’t strike the right note. instead he calls it persistent development resolve (PDR)— “ the explicit act of improving one self through intentional and sustained implementation of challenging methods and routines.” that just feels so much better than constantly correcting oneself. the intentional and sustained aspect is beautiful and succinct

i’d highly recommend to anyone who is ready to get unstuck and uplevel their life.

This book is an outstanding read! I love the way Dustin uses his experience and wisdom to help the reader grow in their lives. I resonated with the different approaches to challenging oneself and the benefits of a positive mindset. I especially loved the way that he taught on your attitude towards learning new things and the “Don’t Quit” mentality. Bravo! Well done! I highly recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about this book. For me, it really makes me think deep and open up my mind. It really helps me on my current life path and is a must read for anyone! Bravo!

Then, this is the book for you. I love everything about this book. It has opened my eyes and mind to understand things and look at them from a new perspective.
Throughout the pages the author presents things in a manner that is both conversational and mind expanding. For example, his presentation on reincarnation brings a whole new way to look and feel about this topic.

Throughout the reading we are introduced to many constructs and analogies that make you put on your thinking cap and mull over what is presented. From why labels are not in our best interest, to setting goals, to observing time in a non-linear sense, the author gently guides you through other potential possibilities. We are reminded that we are solely responsible for what we think and to create change we must be in touch with how we currently think in order to bring about this desired change. We have the choice to live a life of lack and suffering or one of abundance. Not only does the author present great ideas for our consideration, he provides us with ample mental exercises and resources to assist us in the process. From improving our current version of self, to setting goals and maintaining focus, this book has it all.

I would highly recommend this book to anyone sincerely ready to embrace the change they want to see. I would suggest reading in small increments and processing what is read while also doing the exercises presented to fully encapsulate all that is there.
